TLS is a workshop for faculty, staff, and administrators in higher education who want to learn how to apply design to their work. Participants acquire design tools and mindsets and expand their capacity to navigate complex challenges in higher education, both inside and outside the classroom. The workshop helps educators to leverage design in reimagining the way they work, whether they teach classes or run programs that work with faculty, staff, and students outside the classroom. Participants leave with the tools to not only apply design to their own work, but to also lead others through design work.
